Maternal Education – Childbirth Preparation

At My Sweet Koala we have a deep respect for motherhood. Our desire is to offer moms-to-be a space to share, learn and feel good whatever their desired parenting model. To do this, we have qualified professionals who will help you understand the different phases of childbirth, postpartum and parenting of your baby.

When do we recommend starting maternal education?

It is recommended to start this training from the 25th week of gestation, being able to carry it out in advance if the needs of the couple require it.

Childbirth preparation program

Woman’s anatomy. Spherodinemia in pregnancy. Pelvic floor and Kejel exercises. Perineal massage.
Normal discomfort in pregnancy and warning signs to consult for. Delivery proddromes. Birth plan.

Our classes are taught by Nhaiara Domenech, midwife and coordinator of the Hospital Quirón Málaga, mother, and with extensive experience in training future families for maternal education and preparation for childbirth.
